In my project I am developing my skills with character, creature, prop and environment concept design for a video game, based in a fantasy underwater world. The player follows Lina, a human girl who has fallen deep in the ocean and is rescued by Orin, a curious Seafey. Together, they explore Pelagoria, collecting map pieces to help her return home while uncovering hidden secrets. My focus throughout this project has been the question, "How does good design emphasise story telling within a video game, giving players a deeper understanding of the world and the story?" to help bring life to my work.

After graduation, I hope to move onto working on bigger projects that allow me to develop my concept art skills even further. Seeing your work be taken on by other people, used in a real video game, animation, comic book, etc. is something I want to be part of and I think would help motivate me for future projects.
