As Director for BT Business customer service, Andrew is responsible for managing the customer experience including new contracts implementation and faults and repairs for BT’s Corporate & Small/Medium Enterprise (SME) business customers together with Billing in the UK.
Andrew joined BT in 2011 having previously held a number of senior management and leadership positions at Sky Plc and Royal Bank of Scotland Plc.
Andrew has vast experience of customer service & large scale people operations together with programme & delivery management roles in the UK and Internationally.
He holds an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University Business School and resides in Perthshire.
