Global Talent Visa

The Global Talent visa route was introduced in February 2020 to replace the Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) visa.

The Global Talent Route (GTR) is for talented and promising individuals in the fields of science, digital technology and arts and culture. Individuals can apply for a visa under the GTR where they work in academia or research and have been successful in obtaining a grant from an awarded organisation on the list of endorsed funders and approved research organisations.

You must also be at least 18 years old.
