Both are close to campus, and you can walk to classes in ten minutes from Parker House or 15 from Lyon Street Terrace.

When you visit the websites, it may look like there are no rooms left. This is because the university has held some back for Abertay students like you.

How to book

Once you've firmly accepted your offer to study at Abertay University - meaning you're definitely intending to study with us in September - you'll get an email inviting you to apply for a room.

Click the link in the email and use the code to book your place. This means your rent will be an Abertay-only special rate*.

Parker House

Parker Street, DD1 5RW

All rooms in Parker House are en-suite with showers, and sizes range from singles to doubles to studios. There are social spaces with pool tables, a laundry, a 24/7 gym and round the clock security. Very close to major supermarkets and the city centre. Only ten mins walk to Abertay max.

All flats have shared kitchens and are mixed female and male - there are no single sex flats in Parker House.

Lyon Street Terrace

Lyon Street Terrace, 10 Lyon Street, Dundee, DD4 6RE

Lyon Street Terrace is newly refurbished with 126 bedrooms divided into one, two and three bedrooms flats. There are lots of local shops nearby. 10-minute walk from campus and close to bus routes. CCTV with secure key entry and 24/7 onsite support. Abertay-only rents for:

2 bed flat: a deluxe room, extra-large room, large room, standard room or a standard plus room.

3 bed flat: Large room only.
