Retention Ponds

Retention Basin (Ponds): Ponds are storage facilities which have permanent pools of water to provide treatment to the runoff. Ponds are the principal form of regional treatment facility and have the advantage that they provide amenity benefits for the local residents by way of the open space and habitat creation.
