Managing change is a 'constant' within businesses of all sizes and within all business sectors. The courses on offer will be useful for managing change within said organisations. They will be of particular value to SME owners and managers, and managers employed in charities and third sector organisations.
These courses are also aimed at individuals who are looking at ways to prepare themselves for the future of work transformed due to the pandemic.

These courses are delivered 100% online and each course runs for three weeks. The first two weeks are dedicated engaging with the learning materials, brought to you by knowledgeable and experienced lecturers. The third week is timetabled for the assessment which is a multiple-choice test designed to gauge the ability to apply the lessons learnt in the course to various scenarios. Each course is expected to take 50 hours to complete, with the flexibility delivered via online learning to suit your work schedule and home commitments.

This short course introduces you to the context of contemporary business by examining the technologically driven business environment. You will examine the role of technology in transforming business from the first to fourth industrial revolutions. Additionally, you will gain a critical perspective on the future of work in an increasingly digital world, and how businesses need to transform to compete and survive.
