Study Civil and Environmental Engineering at Abertay and gain the knowledge and skills you need to become a Chartered Civil Engineer.
This degree will ultimately help you contribute to the health and wellbeing of communities, societies and individuals by understanding the interactions between buildings, infrastructure and the environment.
You'll be given a firm grounding across a wide range of civil and environmental engineering applications, with plenty of hands-on experience gained through industry partners including Transport Scotland, Balfour Beatty, Sweco, Bam, and BEAR Scotland.

Sport and physical activity at Abertay University is as much a part of university life as attending lectures and tutorials. Although a small university, Abertay offers a wide range of clubs from the traditional sports such as rugby and football to the more diverse sports such as dance.
Becoming a member of a Sports Club at Abertay is a great way to stay fit, meet new people outside your usual social circles and give you that much-needed downtime after a long day of studying.
We currently have lots of sports clubs supporting many competitive and social teams here at Abertay ranging from traditional team sports such as football and rugby to individual sports such as gudo and athletics.
