Welcome Week runs from 9-13 September, kicking off with a School welcome.
This is a week of events packed with information, activities, and advice across the week from academic and support staff.
Freshtival is a week packed full of social activities from Abertay Students' Association.
This usually includes craft sessions, outdoor games, comedy nights, picnics and more. Visit their website to check out what's on.
Register with a doctor: All students who have moved here should register with a local GP (doctor) as soon as possible.
There is no charge to register, and no charge for GP consultations and prescriptions in Scotland. You can find a list of local GPs on the NHS Scotland website.
Hawkhill Medical Centre and Hillbank Health Centre are both a short walk away from the University.
